Our flat-rate cleans are calculated according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Furthermore, all living areas, dining areas, and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean!

The other rooms such as the study, theatre, or home office are considered bedrooms.

We do accept keys from customers.

However, for more convenience and security, we recommend using a key lock box. Alternatively, you can leave the key and let us know in the booking details.

The cleaning teams have the right to walk away from your property if it is considered a hazardous cleaning situation that goes beyond what is covered in our cleaning packages. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $50 booking fee due to holding your space in our schedule.

We are committed to your happiness through our Happiness Guarantee. We will work with you to resolve any concerns you may have about our cleaning service.
Here’s how it works:

  • If you have any concerns or issues after your cleaning, please give us a call within 48 hours.

  • A photo of the concerned area may be required before a revisit or refund is issued.

  • A 48-hour grace period is given for move-in and move-out cleanings.

  • In the following business days, we will reschedule the cleaning at no additional cost to you. Upon returning to your home, our team will address your concerns. Re-cleans must be completed within 7 business days of the last service in order to be eligible for credit or refund.

  • In the event you still have concerns after the re-cleaning, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will offer you a credit or a refund.

We aim to ensure that everyone’s appointments are handled by the best cleaning staff available. It takes us some time to discover the ideal home cleaning professional for you. This is why we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. Furthermore, we impose a 10% late payment fee after seven days. Moreover we charge 10%  after 7 days of late payment.

It all depends on the condition of your home! But as a baseline take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. Ex. 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours.

We don’t offer cleaning of Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards(Asbestos, hazardous chemical, etc..), Hoarding, Animal Waste, Putting away dishes, Large furniture moving, and Large scale trash disposal.

What is our deep cleaning service?

Deep cleaning is a process that ensures a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of a house or business. Cleanliness, tidiness, and sterilisation are ensured at every step. Unlike regular cleaning services, deep cleaning takes up to 3-4 hours (with a professional cleaning team), depending on the size of the house and the number of bedrooms. Additionally, deep cleaning includes tasks such as removing cobwebs, dusting doors and door frames, wiping cabinet doors, etc.

When it comes to situations like the end of a lease cleaning or deep cleaning, it is usually necessary to pay a down payment in advance.

The cleaning detergents we use are 100% eco-friendly, so your home or office will be left without any harmful residue. Our cleaning materials are eco-friendly for Humens, animals, and food.

In most cases, we can remove the paint, however, if timber or stone surfaces are at risk of damage, we cannot. Prior to booking, make sure all surfaces are in good condition.

It depends on the condition of the tiles and the grout.

Besides bacteria and pathogens, carpet fibres are prone to dust, stains, and general dullness. When carpets are professionally cleaned, these contaminants are removed and the fibres are returned to their original texture and appearance.
